What is the expected delivery time?
We try our best to deliver the order in our standard time frame of 45-60 minutes. However, this may vary given the proximity of your location to our servicing branch. Other factors like peak hours and unusual traffic may also impact the delivery time.

What areas do you deliver?
We only service orders within our delivery areas. Delivery area list can change with time permanently or temporarily based on weather or other unforeseen incidents.

An order of minimum Rs. 1200/- will be processed for delivery

Can I place an order and pick it up from branch?
Yes, you can place your order online and pick it from our branch. Our customer service representative will contact you to update you and guide you regarding the pick-up time.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?
Delivery or Pick-up Order:
Order is confirmed on call by our representative after its received. Once the confirmation has been done, the order cannot be cancelled or changed. In case of unavailability, the customer will be duly notified and the order will be cancelled or changed as per the customer’s request. Orders that are paid via online payment by credit/debit cards, your amount will be held with us for any future transaction and will be adjusted accordingly.

For cancellations or amendments to your reservation, please get in touch with us at least 24 hours prior to the booking time, or a cancellation fee will apply. In case the booking is cancelled, the amount will be held with us for any future transaction and will be adjusted accordingly.
In case of no show, no refund will be applied.
