Delivery or Pick-up Order?
Order is confirmed on call by our representative after its received. Once the confirmation has been done, the order cannot be cancelled or changed. In case of unavailability, the customer will be duly notified and the order will be cancelled or changed as per the customer’s request. Orders that are paid via online payment by credit/debit cards, your amount will be held with us for any future transaction and will be adjusted accordingly.

Online Reservations?
For cancellations or amendments to your reservation, please get in touch with us at least 24 hours prior to the booking time, or a cancellation fee will apply. In case the booking is cancelled, the amount will be held with us for any future transaction and will be adjusted accordingly.
In case of no show, no refund will be applied.
